Cancellation Policy

We will accept walk-ins where we can, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking via our website. 

Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment. We require more than 24 hours notice of all cancellations, and in this instance, we will reschedule your appointment. If we are informed within 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you are a “no show”, your deposit will not be refunded nor will it be transferrable. 

When booking online you will receive a confirmation email - please make sure that the correct time, date and services have been selected. Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your appointment time to fill out any paperwork and so you can begin to select your adornments.
